DDIB collects information of domain-domain interactions and domain interactions with biological molecules such as RNA, DNA, peptides, inorganic ions, phospholipids and cholesterols. Most of the data were extracted automatically from publication abstracts in MEDLINE, and the rest were collected from other public databases, research laboratories and individual scientists.
